He explains what will be happening the next day, who will be coming and at what time … and then it happens! Very refreshing. Any changes, he always calls or texts to give you updates immediately. Regular email progress updates on the renovation stages were also valuable. He was careful to keep the access area protected and clean and respected our space. Bruce is extremely reliable, knowledgeable, flexible and listens. He is polite and totally focused on Client satisfaction and works hard with his team to achieve that.
